Registration includes access to all sessions and workshops, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 luncheons, refreshment breaks, poster session, exhibits, and conference materials.

Student registration fee is $200. Student registrations must be submitted via fax, email or mail.Download the registration form here. Proof of full-time student status must be provided with registration in the form of a letter from the registrar verifying such.

Refund request must be made in writing to The Sloan Consortium by March 19th and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. After March 19th refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future Sloan-C conferences. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to the The Sloan Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, The Sloan Consortium will retain all fees. The Sloan Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
