General Information for Presenters

Conference location: All presentations and workshops will be held at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook in Oak Brook, Illinois. One of the Chicago area premier hotels, the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook is located just twenty minutes from both O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport.

Special Note: Accepted presenters are required to register for the conference at the designated discount fees.

Conference fees: Early bird presenter registration fee for the conference is$425.00  After March 31, 2010, the fee will be $445.00.   The registration fee includes access to general sessions, over 20 presentations and workshops, and three concurrent sessions, poster sessions, the cost of all materials, 2 lunches, 2 continental breakfasts, all refreshment breaks,  and access to exhibits.

Conference updates: The conference website will include the latest conference information as soon as it is available.  The site will be updated regularly as the schedule develops and will provide information on lodging, transportation, exhibitors, program schedules, and special events.  A brochure detailing the conference will be mailed as well.
