Submission Checklist

  • Abstract (25-50) words for inclusion in the conference program
  • Title of presentation (limit of 100 characters)
  • Area of focus to which topic relates
  • Institutional level most relevant
  • Target audience: novice, intermediate, expert, or all
  • Level of blend targeted: Course, Program/Degree, Institution
  • Type of session (please choose a preferred and backup): Great Idea, Information/case study dissemination, Interactive and participatory, poster session and/or panel combined with Q&A and table dialogue
  • Objective(s) of the presentation: purpose of the session--what the attendee should expect to get out of attending
  • Description of the content and format (300 words or less):  refers to the content of the session -- the specific topics that are covered.
  • Media to be used and audiovisual equipment needed (if any). Note: The following standard audiovisual equipment will be provided in each room: data projector equipped with a universal VGA cable to accommodate both PC and Macintosh platforms, an Internet connection, and a screen. Overhead projectors and TV/VCR units will be made available upon request. (Note: Presenters should plan to provide their own computer equipment or other specialized equipment).
